We are currently seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping young minds, providing a safe and stimulating learning environment, and instilling a lifelong love for learning in our pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of all pupils in the classroom.
- Assess pupils' academic and social progress regularly, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to supervisors, parents, and guardians.
- Develop, adapt, and implement innovative teaching strategies to promote active pupil engagement, critical thinking, and high achievement.
- Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and school administration to achieve institutional goals, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
- Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience within a structured primary school setting.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the Nigerian primary school curriculum and modern pedagogical teaching methods.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
