In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of tech professionals by providing hands-on technical guidance, facilitating learning delivery, and supporting our comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery in Product Design by assisting learners with complex projects, practical assessments, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance and constructive feedback to review learner work and enhance their skill acquisition.
- Support daily program operations and collaborate with the academics team to ensure participants successfully progress through their training.
- Facilitate engaging sessions and act as a mentor to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application in Product Design.
- Proven expertise in Product Design (UI/UX), with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, technical support, or training delivery within the EdTech or tech ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a passion for educating others.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners and diverse learners across various regions.
