Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within Financial Accounting and HR Analysis by assisting learners with complex projects, practical assessments, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to program participants, ensuring deep comprehension of industry-relevant concepts.
- Review learner assignments, provide constructive feedback, and track individual progress to guarantee high completion and success rates.
- Collaborate closely with program operations and consulting teams to streamline training processes and enhance curriculum delivery.
- Facilitate engaging discussions and support participants in navigating software tools relevant to financial and HR data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in financial analysis, HR analytics, or data management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a solid understanding of financial statements and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
