We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Data Associate with a strong focus on Business Analysis to join our growing team in Nigeria and contribute to our mission of transforming careers through tech education.
Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within the business analysis specialization by assisting learners with hands-on projects, practical assessments, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to learners to help them master contemporary business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Review learner submissions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure participants successfully progress through their structured training journey.
- Collaborate closely with program operations teams to maintain high standards of educational delivery and enhance participant engagement.
- Help shape curriculum enhancements by identifying common technical hurdles and trends observed during learner interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven hands-on experience in business analysis, data management, or related technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis frameworks, requirements gathering, process mapping, and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and coaching others.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners and diverse learners.
