Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within Agile Project Management by assisting learners with hands-on projects, practical assessments, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance, conduct constructive reviews of learner work, and facilitate engaging sessions.
- Support daily program operations to ensure participants successfully progress through their training milestones.
- Collaborate with the broader instruction and curriculum teams to enhance learning materials and methodologies.
- Mentor trainees to build professional confidence and readiness for the global job market.
- Proven practical experience in Agile Project Management and data-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks, Kanban, sprint planning, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners and diverse cohorts.
