We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, scalable AI systems that empower our users.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain.
- Build and optimize high-performing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases and external data sources.
- Develop sophisticated agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing autonomous tasks.
- Orchestrate automated workflows using tools like n8n and integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful, AI-driven fintech solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience building RAG systems and designing agentic workflows or autonomous agents.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Golang, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to travel to our hubs in Lagos, London, or Riga as needed.
