About the Role

Founded by skilled professionals bridging the gap between individuals, small businesses, and financial services, we are looking for a proactive Technical Assistant to support our Executive Director in translating strategic priorities into actionable business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Director in developing, tracking, and executing strategic priorities and business initiatives across the Group.
  • Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully met.
  • Maintain a central tracker for key decisions and action items, consistently following up with stakeholders to ensure accountability.
  • Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and business research to support executive decision-making.
  • Prepare concise executive reports, performance dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials for management review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document key action points, and drive post-meeting execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in strategy, project management, business operations, management consulting, or executive support.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile considered a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and executive reporting tools.
