Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to departments and faculty members within the university.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, instructional materials, and research facilities.
- Facilitate smooth communication between university leadership, academic staff, and students to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in departmental meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on key administrative action items.
- Support the execution of university programs, workshops, and practical training sessions aligned with the institution's mandate.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, institutional policies, and professional ethics across all assigned tasks.
- Possession of a relevant academic degree or professional certification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated competence, high integrity, and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
