About the Role
The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE), established to advance healthcare manpower and educational excellence in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Foreman. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate technical operations, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure the seamless execution of infrastructural development projects across our rapidly growing campus.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations and assign tasks to skilled artisans, technicians, and site workers.
- Ensure all construction, repair, and maintenance projects comply with safety regulations and university standards.
- Inspect work progress, equipment, and materials to detect and resolve potential defects or delays.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of work completed, material usage, and staff attendance.
- Collaborate with university engineers and project managers to review blueprints and technical specifications.
- Must possess relevant academic and professional qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related trade.
- Demonstrated progressive work experience in a supervisory or foreman capacity, preferably within an institutional or large-scale setting.
