About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Technical and Mall Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of a bustling commercial mall. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily technical, maintenance, and facility operations across the commercial mall to ensure optimal functionality.
- Personally troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generator, and pump faults.
- Supervise internal technicians, external contractors, and third-party service providers to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify potential equipment failures and implement proactive preventive maintenance measures.
- Manage critical infrastructure including commercial generators, electrical panels, chillers, and water reticulation systems.
- Oversee maintenance work orders from inception to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to mall tenants and daily business operations.
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and facility protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in mall operations, facilities management, large retail facilities, hospitality, or commercial property.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in technical troubleshooting, equipment diagnosis, and corrective maintenance.
- Comprehensive practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, industrial generators, plumbing, and building management utilities.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinate external service contractors effectively.
