About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of robust ISP network infrastructure and customer connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain ISP network equipment and customer premises equipment (CPE).
- Carry out advanced fiber optic, wireless, and network installations at various client locations.
- Troubleshoot and rapidly resolve connectivity, network, and hardware faults.
- Perform comprehensive site surveys, equipment testing, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Monitor overall network performance and escalate major faults to the appropriate teams.
- Configure enterprise routers, switches, access points, and related network devices.
- Ensure all field installations strictly meet required technical and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all field activities, installations, and repairs.
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers while coordinating closely with the Network Operations team.
- Respond promptly to service outages and urgent field-related technical issues.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working in an ISP, telecommunications, networking, or related technical environment.
- Proficiency in handling fiber optics, wireless networks, LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and CPE.
- Demonstrated strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical agility and willingness to work in the field and travel across different locations as required.
