Rise Networks is a premier Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence learning and research company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a strategic, technically proficient, and highly organized Technical & AI Programmes Coordinator to lead the design, development, and execution of our cutting-edge technology and AI initiatives for the digital transformation of Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI, data, and digital transformation programmes from conception to completion.
- Translate programme objectives into actionable technical requirements, work plans, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical direction to multidisciplinary teams, facilitators, and technology partners on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation tools.
- Coordinate technical training curricula, bootcamps, workshops, and practical learning projects.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with tech companies, government institutions, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging AI trends, tools, and social-impact use cases to maintain programme relevance.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI, technology, technical project management, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models, APIs, and data analytics.
- Proven track record in managing complex technology programmes, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with technical tools such as Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and project management software like Jira or Asana.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
