We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our asset sales team and help us drive continuous innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will design, build, and operate distributed C# and .NET microservices on Azure within an event-driven architecture at scale. You will own your services end-to-end, from ideation through implementation, deployment, production, and iteration.
- Build and maintain scalable distributed microservices using C# and .NET.
- Leverage event-driven architecture and messaging technologies like Azure Service Bus.
- Integrate AI tooling into your daily engineering workflow for code generation, testing, and incident investigation.
- Ensure high system resilience through automated testing, SLOs, alerting, and observability tools like Grafana and Application Insights.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain production health and platform reliability.
We are looking for a curious, autonomous, and highly trusted senior engineer who views production data as the true measure of success.
- Strong professional grasp of C# and .NET development.
- Proven experience designing and building event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on microservices architecture experience, ideally deployed on Azure and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with observability tooling such as Grafana or Application Insights.
- Comfortable utilizing modern AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Strong DevOps mindset with a commitment to production ownership and on-call practices.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working across distributed teams and time zones.
