About the Role
Tastia Restaurant and Bakery is a fast-rising brand in Nigeria's vibrant hospitality industry. Since our inception in 2020, we have expanded from a single store into a thriving chain with 11 branches, driven by our commitment to exceptional dining experiences. We are currently looking for a practical and proactive Technical Adviser to join our team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Keep all kitchen appliances, machinery, and restaurant facilities in top working condition to prevent downtime.
- Arrange regular servicing and ensure rapid repairs for broken equipment to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Provide daily technical expertise to restaurant managers and kitchen teams for safe and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to reduce waste.
- Lead technical planning, equipment installation, and setup during new branch expansions.
- Ensure newly launched locations strictly meet corporate and operational standards.
- Review, analyze, and categorize creative ideas and feedback submitted by employees.
- Present viable workflow and operational improvements to executive management for implementation.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in facilities management, equipment maintenance, or restaurant operations.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial kitchen systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, and general building maintenance.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
