We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead, Tailored Learning Solutions to drive revenue growth through the design, commercialization, and delivery of customized learning programs. In this role, you will position our organization as a trusted learning partner across diverse sectors, delivering exceptional value to our esteemed corporate clients in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive training needs assessments and competency gap analyses for corporate clients.
- Design, develop, and deliver customized learning interventions perfectly aligned with client business objectives.
- Drive the development and growth of academy offerings, certification programs, and industry-relevant curricula.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through compelling proposals and client presentations.
- Build and manage strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on talent and capability development.
- Monitor learning outcomes, business impact, and return on investment while ensuring rigorous quality assurance.
- Lead subject matter experts, faculty, and facilitators to deliver exceptional, high-impact learner experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Education, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CIPD, CIPM, SHRM, ACIB, or ACCA.
- 6 to 8 years of robust experience in Learning and Development, Corporate Training, Consulting, or Business Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Training Needs Analysis, and Client Relationship Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, modern learning technologies, and business analytics tools.
