We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead, Projects to join our vibrant team and spearhead our infrastructural development and property network expansion initiatives across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver construction and ATM deployment projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Define project scope, set realistic timelines, establish comprehensive budgets, and allocate necessary resources effectively.
  • Monitor the execution phase of bank building constructions and ATM rollouts, ensuring seamless handover to end-user business units.
  • Conduct extensive travel across Nigeria to support, guide, and facilitate the bank's ambitious property network expansion strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, track ongoing progress, and maintain meticulous project records and documentation using project management systems.
  • Generate detailed financial reports, execute financial entries, and monitor project financial performance against established baselines.
  • Negotiate contractual obligations, manage vendor relationships, and implement rigorous quality assurance and risk management techniques.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or Building Construction.
  • A relevant Master's degree and recognized professional certifications in project management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years of cognate experience in real estate project management, preferably within a structured corporate environment.
  • Strong technical competencies in risk management, coaching, mentoring, and the Nigerian real estate regulatory framework.
  • Exceptional behavioral competencies including decision-making, team empowerment, directing people, and upholding high quality standards.
