About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for Medical Sales Representatives to lead our healthcare sales division, drive regional performance, and expand our market presence across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of medical sales representatives to achieve and exceed regional and divisional sales goals.
  • Design and execute effective territory plans, quotas, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with senior management.
  • Analyze daily and weekly sales data utilizing CRM software to identify performance gaps and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Promote and sell specialized medical products directly to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and major decision-makers within the Nigerian healthcare industry.
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and increase overall market share.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and comprehensive training sessions to healthcare practitioners.
  • Attend industry-leading conferences, medical trade shows, and networking events to generate high-quality leads.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record of coaching teams and hitting ambitious targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare industry practices, and regulatory requirements in Nigeria.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM software solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
