About the Role
BluNet Internet Solutions Limited is a fast-growing telecommunications company committed to delivering dependable, high-speed 4G LTE and fiber network services to homes, enterprises, and public offices across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Team Lead to oversee our field engineers and technicians, ensuring seamless network deployments, prompt installations, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities, attendance, and productivity of field engineers and technicians.
- Plan and allocate installation, maintenance, survey, repair, and troubleshooting tasks to meet strict project timelines.
- Ensure the proper deployment, maintenance, and fault resolution of FTTH, FTTB, FTTX, wireless, and radio network infrastructure.
- Review and approve technical survey reports, feasibility assessments, and route planning documentation.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory, tools, and equipment effectively while preventing misuse or loss.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards across all active work sites.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic network deployment, FTTH installations, and field operations within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising technical teams and managing field engineers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and deep technical knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
