In this owner-side execution role, you will oversee schedule, scope, cost, and contractor performance as the 7 MMscfd mini facility progresses toward its first gas target in April 2027. You will coordinate site works with modular equipment arriving from China, driving construction completion, commissioning readiness, and operational excellence within a high-accountability team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the integrated Level 2/3 schedule, critical path, look-ahead plans, and progress measurement rules.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly reports on schedule variance, forecast completion, cost, cash flow, risk, and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, site engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and logistics through daily and weekly planning cycles.
  • Own the equipment delivery-to-installation tracker in collaboration with the Logistics and Customs Coordinator.
  • Manage budgets, commitments, variations, claims, and contingency while reviewing contractor invoices against measured work.
  • Integrate quality and HSE hold points into the schedule and lead constructability and simultaneous-operations reviews.
  • Plan systemization, mechanical completion, punch-listing, turnover, and support pre-start-up safety reviews.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management or project controls experience in oil and gas, LNG, process plant, or industrial construction.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and industry-standard cost-control tools, with PMP or PMI-SP certification being an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience on the owner's side or within an EPC environment, ideally involving modular or skid-mounted plant installation.
  • Strong contractor management, contract administration, and change-control capabilities.
  • Clear, evidence-based reporting skills with the confidence to escalate risks and issues early.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards.
  • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a landmark Nigerian energy infrastructure project.
  • Work with a collaborative, high-accountability execution team driven by excellence and efficiency.
