About the Role
Multipro Consumer Products Limited, a premier subsidiary of the Tolaram Group founded in 1996 and the leading sales, haulage, and logistics company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance & Facilities Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, repairs, and civil works across our extensive network of warehouses, distribution centers, and offices nationwide, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a reliable network of vendors and contractors, negotiating competitive rates for materials and labor without compromising quality.
- Oversee comprehensive maintenance and repairs for roofing, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and civil works, prioritizing proactive preventive maintenance.
- Conduct regular audits across nationwide facilities to ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and maintenance standards.
- Inspect completed projects to guarantee high-quality workmanship, proper material usage, and adherence to agreed specifications.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage maintenance budgets while identifying cost-reduction opportunities and minimizing operational disruptions.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management and industrial maintenance.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-location warehouses, distribution centers, or industrial facilities.
- Demonstrated strength in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) review, and contractor management.
- High integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and willingness to travel to company locations across Nigeria.
