About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead, E-Business to spearhead our digital banking initiatives, drive user adoption, and accelerate revenue growth across all electronic channels.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the comprehensive digital banking roadmap, monitoring key performance indicators to maximize revenue from transaction fees and commissions.
- Conceptualize, launch, and scale innovative digital financial products including loans, savings, wallets, bill payments, and transfers in collaboration with the technology team.
- Oversee the seamless performance, security, and uptime of USSD, mobile applications, internet banking, and agency banking networks.
- Manage dispute resolution processes, NIP reversals, and chargebacks while ensuring strict compliance with CBN regulatory timelines.
- Forge strategic partnerships with fintechs, payment processors, aggregators, and switches such as NIBSS and Interswitch to advance open banking models.
- Ensure all digital platforms comply with evolving cybersecurity standards and CBN regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of cognate experience in e-business, digital banking, or fintech, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth domain knowledge of CBN e-payment guidelines, NIBSS, Interswitch, and digital dispute resolution frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing agency banking networks, merchant acquisition, and fraud prevention strategies.
