About the Role

We are currently looking for a vibrant, customer-oriented Restaurant Cashier to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face of our restaurant, ensuring seamless order processing and accurate financial transactions while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders at the front counter.
- Process cash and credit card payments efficiently, issuing correct change and receipts.
- Package food and beverage items neatly and securely for dine-in or take-out.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and professionalism, especially during peak rush hours.
- Operate the cash register accurately and balance all cash and electronic transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout and counter area.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualification.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a cashier in a fast-food restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Strong mathematical skills with high accuracy in counting money and balancing registers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) transaction machines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must reside around the Lekki axis of Lagos, as accommodation is not provided.
- Competitive monthly salary of N75,000.
