About the Role
Westfield Consulting is a premier management consultancy firm dedicated to increasing business performance and helping clients make optimal organizational decisions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead, Digital Learning to spearhead our digital education initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development, commercialization, and adoption of our digital learning ecosystem, driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our market footprint across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the deployment, administration, and continuous optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform to drive learner acquisition and engagement.
- Design, develop, and launch innovative e-learning products, certifications, and scalable skills development programs aligned with industry needs.
- Forge strategic partnerships with technology and learning providers to expand our digital skilling initiatives and regional footprint.
- Drive revenue generation and business development by positioning digital learning solutions for client acquisition.
- Analyze platform performance, learner engagement, and business metrics to generate actionable insights and executive reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in digital learning, LMS management, EdTech, or digital product management.
- Strong expertise in LMS administration, e-learning design, digital learning strategy, and learning analytics.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, or Product Management are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional competencies in partnership management, business development, and curriculum development.
- Competitive annual salary range of N13,600,000 to N14,900,000.
