About the Role
Ardent Universe, a leading digital agency and talent hub founded in 2015, is seeking experienced AI Trainers and Data Annotators to support the training, evaluation, and refinement of advanced artificial intelligence models. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in bridging human insight with machine learning to build robust, accurate AI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Review and annotate short video clips using detailed annotation guidelines and protocols.
- Identify, classify, and label actions, objects, interactions, and events within diverse video content.
- Apply prompts accurately to assigned video and multimodal data tasks.
- Timestamp specific events and activities within video clips with high precision.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to determine whether outputs accurately reflect the source material.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions in AI-generated outputs and provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain high consistency and accuracy across large volumes of annotation tasks while meeting productivity targets.
- Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, RLHF, or model evaluation.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and how AI systems interpret instructions.
- Demonstrated experience with video, image, text, or multimodal data annotation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
