We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer to design, build, and optimize complex data systems, data warehousing solutions, and scalable pipelines. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust data infrastructure and high-performance applications, ensuring seamless data processing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust data modeling solutions, including relational schemas, ER modeling, and dimensional modeling.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using stored procedures, views, and Python scripts.
- Develop serverless functions and manage data infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
- Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers while ensuring optimal performance and query tuning.
- Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and CI/CD practices for seamless deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design database-specific features, manage security permissions, and maintain high availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or database development.
- 6+ years of expertise in Python programming for automation, data wrangling, and database connectivity.
- Strong mastery of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and basic CI/CD workflows.
