About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead, Digital Learning to spearhead the expansion and commercialization of our digital learning ecosystem. In this strategic role, you will lead the management of our Learning Management System, shape innovative digital learning products, and foster high-impact partnerships to deliver sustainable revenue growth and enhance learner experiences across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the deployment, administration, and continuous optimization of the Learning Management System to drive high learner acquisition and platform adoption.
- Design and launch innovative e-learning solutions, certification paths, and skills development programmes aligned with emerging industry demands.
- Forge strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry leaders, and educational institutions to expand our digital skilling footprint.
- Drive revenue generation and business development initiatives by positioning digital learning products effectively in target markets.
- Monitor platform metrics, learner engagement, and business outcomes to generate actionable insights and comprehensive management reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Learning Technologies, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of proven professional experience in digital learning, LMS management, EdTech, or digital product management.
- Demonstrated expertise in LMS administration, e-learning design, digital learning strategy, product development, and learning analytics.
- Relevant professional certifications in platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, or product management are a distinct advantage.
- Strong competencies in partnership management, business development, go-to-market execution, and curriculum development.
