About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technology-savvy Personal Assistant to join a leading educational publishing company in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive support directly to the Managing Director, ensuring the office operates with maximum efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, meetings, and daily engagements with precision.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and prepare official correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a bridge of communication between the Managing Director, internal departments, branches, and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on operational assignments, including book printing, stocking, and the timely delivery of educational titles.
  • Maintain secure physical and electronic records while handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide general executive support to drive strategic company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
  • Must be below 30 years of age with 3 to 4 years of proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong digital adaptability.
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to thrive under pressure.
