We are currently looking for a strategic and dynamic Team Lead Data Governance to drive our data management initiatives, ensure data integrity, and support our digital transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall Data Governance program at enterprise, departmental, and unit levels, breaking strategic plans into actionable operational activities.
- Develop, implement, and operationalize enterprise-wide data governance standards, policies, procedures, and usage guidelines.
- Identify, define, and manage data domains, elements, data lineage, metadata, and sources of truth to ensure inclusion in governance tools.
- Lead Data Governance Associates in creating, monitoring, and reporting enterprise data metrics, quality rules, and KPIs.
- Perform periodic data risk assessments, business impact analyses, and maintain a robust metadata inventory of enterprise assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business areas to build strong relationships and ensure consistent implementation of data policies.
- Provide coaching, training, and operational oversight to team members to drive productivity and professional growth.
- Minimum of a first degree in a Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, MBA, or recognized professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise data governance programs and solutions within a complex organization.
