About the Role
4 Quarters Consultants Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. We are widely valued for providing our clients with ISO consultancy services rendered by diligent professionals, ensuring reliability, authenticity, and strict adherence to international norms. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our data architecture, transforming raw numbers into actionable business insights, and streamlining reporting processes across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain complex, error-free spreadsheets, workbooks, and reporting templates to support organizational goals.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful trends, and build interactive dashboards, charts, and graphs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive daily and weekly tasks using Macros, VBA scripting, Power Query, or Power Pivot to maximize operational efficiency.
- Clean, validate, and integrity-check raw data sources to ensure high accuracy and consistency across all company reports.
- Partner with departments such as finance, HR, marketing, and operations to gather data requirements and troubleshoot spreadsheet issues.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert-level knowledge of advanced Excel formulas including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and nested logical functions.
- Proven proficiency in creating and managing Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Slicers, and conditional formatting.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with VBA/Macros and data-shaping tools like Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Strong familiarity with data visualization principles and executive dashboard design.
