Key Responsibilities- Assist lead teachers in preparing daily lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom setups.
- Provide individualized or small-group support to students who require extra academic attention or guidance.
- Help manage classroom behavior, attendance, and routines to ensure a smooth and productive learning process.
- Supervise students during break times, extracurricular activities, and school excursions to guarantee their safety.
- Grade assignments, record academic progress, and assist in preparing periodic student evaluation reports.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and school administrators to implement school policies and curriculum goals.
- Possession of a relevant teaching certification, Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), or a Bachelor Degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- High level of patience, enthusiasm, creativity, and adaptability when working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when required.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) will be a distinct advantage.
