Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the British early years curriculum.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document each child's academic, social, and emotional progress regularly.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their children's development and daily activities.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
- Organize creative activities and play-based learning experiences that enhance cognitive and motor skills.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable preschool or nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern early childhood pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Valid certification or registration with relevant educational bodies is an added advantage.
