We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated academic community in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a stimulating, supportive, and organized learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and morally.
Key Responsibilities- Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging daily lessons and educational activities across various age groups.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra academic guidance.
- Help prepare instructional materials, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
- Monitor student progress and assist with grading assignments and recording attendance.
- Supervise students during break times, extracurricular activities, and school events to ensure their safety.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of an NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or an ND (National Diploma).
- Strong passion for early childhood and secondary education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children and young adults.
