Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging daily lessons and educational activities across various age groups.
  • Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly learning environment.
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra academic guidance.
  • Help prepare instructional materials, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
  • Monitor student progress and assist with grading assignments and recording attendance.
  • Supervise students during break times, extracurricular activities, and school events to ensure their safety.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of an NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or an ND (National Diploma).
  • Strong passion for early childhood and secondary education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children and young adults.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a vibrant school team.
