We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tea Bar Attendant to join our pioneering Front of House team. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty teas and artisanal beverages with precision, consistency, and flair.
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service, guiding guests through our curated beverage menu.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the tea bar station, equipment, and dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, ingredients, and bar supplies, reporting replenishment needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt and accurate beverage delivery.
- Relevant professional training, certifications, or qualifications in hospitality, catering, or food and beverage service.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Deep appreciation and knowledge of various tea blends, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic fine dining environment while maintaining composure.
