Key Responsibilities- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms
- Conduct resume screening and initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Build and maintain an active database of candidates for current and future opportunities
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post job advertisements across relevant platforms and monitor responses
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for hard-to-fill positions
- Provide excellent candidate experience and maintain positive relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular progress updates to management
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of proven recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobberman, MyJobMag, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
