About the Role

Isalu Hospitals Limited, a leading specialist healthcare provider in Ogba, Lagos State, is seeking a proactive, analytical, and results-driven Talent & Organisational Development Officer to join our dynamic Human Capital team. This role is ideal for an HR professional passionate about developing people, improving performance, and building a high-performance organisational culture in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct organisation-wide Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate annual learning and development plans.
  • Coordinate staff training, induction, orientation, leadership development, and capacity-building programmes.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the hospital's performance management system and appraisals.
  • Work with managers to develop SMART objectives, measurable KPIs, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Identify high-performing employees and support succession planning, career development, and mentoring.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend practical retention initiatives.
  • Analyse HR and workforce data to identify trends in performance, training, engagement, and development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or Talent Management.
  • Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare organisation, or structured service environment is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification or active membership such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
