Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct organisation-wide Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate annual learning and development plans.
  • Coordinate staff training, induction, orientation, leadership development, and capacity-building programmes.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the hospital's performance management system and KPI tracking.
  • Analyse performance gaps, coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and support succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys, recognition programmes, and organisational culture initiatives.
  • Leverage HR data to identify workforce trends in performance, training, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience focusing on L&D, performance management, or talent development.
  • Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or structured service environment is a strong advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are highly preferred.
