About the Role
Transgreen Nigeria Limited, a proud member of the Transerve Disc Technologies group and a leading manufacturer of disposable syringes and medical face masks in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Manager. In this vital role, you will champion our workforce strategy, ensuring our talented team operates in a safe, compliant, and highly productive environment dedicated to advancing healthcare standards across the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding, and comprehensive orientation programs for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary management in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, personnel records, and comprehensive management information systems.
- Coordinate performance appraisal reviews, incentive programs, and promotion processes.
- Administer employee benefits including HMO, pension schemes, Group Life Insurance, and leave management.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Nigerian Labour Act and relevant workplace safety regulations.
- Facilitate staff training initiatives and compile insightful monthly HR reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and practical application of the Nigerian Labour Act.
- Active CIPM certification or ongoing professional studies will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comprehensive documentation, and professional report writing.
