About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Manager to play a critical role in managing and developing top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to achieve strategic organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the Head of HR to implement talent management policies focusing on career management, performance management, and learning and development.
- Oversee career management activities and provide guidance to staff in executing daily tasks and achieving career objectives.
- Coordinate the performance management process, ensuring timely appraisals, feedback, and communication of key outcomes.
- Drive compliance with approved staff mentorship systems to promote professional growth and development.
- Coordinate recommendations and decisions regarding employee appointments, redeployments, relief assignments, and promotions.
- Collate and review learning and development requirements to ensure alignment with job competencies and performance gap closures.
- Participate in evaluating third-party training providers and monitor compliance with learning policies and schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a Master's degree in an HR-related field is required.
- Professional certification in HR management, such as CIPM or SPHR, is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in human resources, specifically in performance management and talent retention.
- Strong leadership, administrative, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and business writing abilities with high professionalism and integrity.
