About the Role
Norrenberger Financial Group is a leading, independent financial services institution licensed by the CBN and SEC, offering bespoke investment banking, fund management, and financial advisory solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Talent Management Officer to join our vibrant People & Culture team. In this role, you will champion talent initiatives that strengthen employee performance, foster continuous learning, and build organisational capability across the Group, ensuring our people grow alongside our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the comprehensive performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, assessments, and actionable performance conversations.
- Partner with managers and employees to establish clear, measurable, and business-aligned performance objectives.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and coordinate the implementation of impactful training programmes, workshops, and development interventions.
- Track training participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes while maintaining accurate records and periodic reports.
- Support talent identification, succession planning, high-potential employee programmes, and targeted retention strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to analyse talent data, identify capability gaps, and execute effective talent solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in talent management, performance management, or learning and development.
- Strong command of performance management frameworks, HR analytics, and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination, stakeholder management, coaching, and facilitation.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
