Godfrey Okoye University Teaching Hospital (GOUNITH), formerly Ntasi Obi Hospital, is a premier institution dedicated to holistic wellness, medical research, education, and compassionate patient care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head, Human Resource to lead our human capital strategies and foster a high-performance culture within our multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end human resource operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and staff development initiatives in alignment with hospital goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and professional regulatory standards.
- Drive ICT-compliant HR processes and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Promote a culture of integrity, professional excellence, and effective collaboration across medical and administrative teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM or SHRM are a strong added advantage.
- Must possess a valid practicing license and be duly registered with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
- Demonstrated ICT compliance with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
