About the Role
Intersect Consortium is a dynamic group of organizations primarily working in the mental health and addiction space across Africa. Our members understand the growing need for mental health services and products, continually striving to provide awareness, education, treatment, and support to individuals, companies, families, and society at large. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior HR Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria and support our mission-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent aligned with our organizational culture and values.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Oversee performance management systems, goal-setting processes, and regular staff evaluations.
- Develop, update, and implement comprehensive HR policies and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations across all operations.
- Utilize HRIS systems and data analytics to generate reports and drive strategic human resource decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience operating as a Senior HR Officer or in a similar capacity.
- Active certification or professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is a strong advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of Nigerian labour law and employment compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
