We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Talent Management Officer to join our vibrant People & Culture team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing impactful talent strategies that strengthen employee performance, cultivate organizational capability, and drive the long-term growth and retention of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the comprehensive performance management cycle, from goal setting and mid-year reviews to year-end assessments and performance improvement plans.
- Identify organizational learning and development needs through performance reviews, skills assessments, and direct business requirements.
- Facilitate the seamless execution of training programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support critical talent identification, succession planning, career development pathways, and employee retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate HR data, track training metrics, and prepare insightful reports to empower management decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
- Strong grasp of modern performance management frameworks and corporate training coordination.
- Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a distinct advantage.
