About the Role

Headquartered in Lagos with global R&D backing, we are scaling rapidly and seeking a data-driven Performance Management Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our comprehensive KPI and incentive structures.
Key Responsibilities- Design measurable monthly KPIs for diverse departments, focusing on tangible business outputs rather than employee activity.
- Build automated performance calculation models, incorporating target achievement rates, scoring formulas, bonuses, and penalties.
- Verify and manage performance data across CRM, sales, finance, attendance, and digital marketing systems to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations, compute KPI-linked salaries, and deliver clear operational reports to executive management.
- Administer performance improvement plans (PIP) and strategic tracking mechanisms for underperforming personnel.
- Continuously optimize KPI frameworks to prevent manipulation and reward high-value business results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in performance management, KPI design, or business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for building automated performance scorecards and calculation models.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, and operational metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
