About the Role
The People Practice is hiring an Executive Office Manager to provide high-level support for a private executive office in Nigeria, managing complex personal and business affairs. This role drives operational excellence and strategic momentum across governance, thought leadership, ventures, and legacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the operational lead for the Executive Office, managing dashboards, work plans, and strategic calendars.
- Coordinate board appointments, governance calendars, papers, and continuous director education.
- Support thought leadership by managing speech repositories, keynote research, and professional publications.
- Maintain annual learning roadmaps, executive education records, and personal knowledge libraries.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, briefing notes, and professional network tracking systems.
- Oversee special projects, entrepreneurial ventures, philanthropy, and family office initiatives.
- Draft high-level executive correspondence, presentations, and confidential briefing documents.
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or project management certification is an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, principals, or entrepreneurs.
- Background in strategy, consulting, executive office, or chief-of-staff environments.
- Exceptional judgment, absolute discretion, and high emotional intelligence.
