About the Role
Taghini Foods, a premier traditional poultry processing company based in Ibadan, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Business Partner. In this onsite role located along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, you will champion our workforce strategies, ensuring our operations are supported by top-tier talent in the poultry and cold-chain sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes specifically tailored for the poultry farming and cold-chain industry.
- Partner with business leaders to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals and operational excellence.
- Manage comprehensive workforce planning, talent management, and performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws and industry best practices.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to support sustainable business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM is a distinct advantage.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition within a poultry farming or cold-chain business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and analytical abilities.
