We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our thriving team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will independently drive critical and strategic hiring initiatives, shaping the workforce that powers our large-scale industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles for technical, professional, and senior-level positions within the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive talent mapping and deliver market intelligence to attract top-tier engineering and technical talent.
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for specialized, hard-to-fill technical roles across various plant, facility, and infrastructure projects.
- Optimize recruitment channels, employer branding initiatives, and selection processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 10 to 18 years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical and executive hiring.
- Extensive industry exposure within Oil & Gas (Exploration & Production), Metal & Mining, Steel, Power, or Petrochemicals.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and developing data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
