We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Services Manager to lead our branch operations, ensure exceptional customer service delivery, and drive our strategic objectives forward in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high standards of customer service delivery.
- Manage consumer credit processes, loan evaluations, and financial consultancy services for clients with urgent financial needs.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, implement growth strategies, and meet operational targets set by the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert financial guidance tailored to low-end active earners.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and corporate governance standards within the branch.
- Prepare regular reports on branch activities, financial performance, and customer acquisition progress for executive management.
- B.Sc, BA, or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience working in a commercial bank or any reputable financial institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse client profiles effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools and financial management software.
