We are currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment activities and develop effective talent-sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned vacancies across technical and non-technical functions.
- Source top-tier candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and proprietary talent databases.
- Develop and optimize engaging job descriptions to attract diverse, high-caliber applicants.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and the overall selection process with hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and manage the pre-employment verification process.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines and active talent pools for future organizational needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, develop insightful reports, and monitor time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Support employer-branding initiatives to position Thronos as an employer of choice in Nigeria.
- Ensure an exceptional, professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM will be a distinct advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the tech or corporate sector.
- Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate-assessment skills.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and advanced LinkedIn recruitment tools.
