About the Role
Hausba Smarthomes Limited, a leading provider of bespoke home automation and luxury electronics founded in 2010, is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will help us shape the future of smart living in Nigeria by attracting, vetting, and hiring top-tier talent for our rapidly growing team of technology and lifestyle innovators.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job adverts, active sourcing, rigorous screening, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
- Build robust and proactive talent pools specifically tailored for sales executives, system integrators, technicians, and intern roles.
- Leverage professional platforms such as LinkedIn, local Nigerian job boards, employee referral programs, and recruitment agencies to source top candidates.
- Coordinate interview panels, implement standardized scorecards, and conduct thorough background and reference checks.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and provide weekly recruitment progress reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; professional certification such as CIPM is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven in-house or agency recruitment experience, with a strong background in hiring technical professionals or sales personnel.
- Exceptional sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn and prominent Nigerian job boards to identify passive and active candidates.
- Highly organized, persuasive communicator with a meticulous approach to candidate data management and recruitment metrics.
