We are currently looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our collaborative, passionate HR team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, covering job intake, active sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified talent for technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers at all levels to forecast staffing needs, define role requirements, and build lasting professional relationships.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, and talent retention programs.
- Support the execution of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and strategic growth programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience encompassing full life-cycle recruitment.
- Proven background working as both an agency and in-house recruiter in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for both technical roles (Engineering) and commercial business positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
